International Patients
UCLA/Orthopaedic Hospital Center for Cerebral Palsy welcomes patients of all ages with cerebral palsy for an initial consultation at our inter-disciplinary clinic. If indicated, evaluations may include assessment at the Kameron Gait and Motion Analysis Laboratory. Following the initial consultation, the patient will receive an individually designed treatment plan.
Before an appointment at the UCLA/Orthopaedic Hospital Center for Cerebral Palsy can be made, all international patients must be screened and pre-approved by the UCLA International Relations Office. Please do not make travel arrangement until your appointment is confirmed. Be advised that the typical waiting time for a new patient appointment is six to eight weeks. Once you have been cleared by International Relations, a representative from the UCLA/Orthopaedic Hospital Center for Cerebral Palsy will contact you to arrange an appointment. The address is 1250 16th St Santa Monica CA 90404, between Arizona and Wilshire. Valet parking is available at the entrance.
